If the goods are faulty
You may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us by email email@example.com
Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
Please choose carefully.Â We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.Â You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our shop. You may return the item in person at our shop. If you are posting your return item, please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Delivery – Where is my item?
Little Green Footprints is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.Â We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
If you require your item to be received quicker than the above, you may pick up your item from our shop at no extra charge. Please contact a Little Green Footprints staff prior to your purchase, to advise pick up time. This will ensure that your item is packed and ready for pick up.

Top Up Shipping Payment
WeÂ endeavour to make sure the shipping charges are correct however, a “Top up Shipping” payment may be required at times before your order is dispatched if:
â¢ The products ordered exceed the maximum weight and size for the quoted shipping charge;
â¢ The delivery address is not within the standard Metropolitan area.
In this event, a Little Green Footprints staff will be in contact with you to advise.
Delivery to a Hospital or Business:
When deliveries are made to a central delivery point such as a reception or mail room, it is part of our terms and conditions for the service we provide, that our part of the delivery process has been completed once your gift has been delivered to and signed for by a member of staff at the central delivery point.
